At the beginning of each project, we will travel to your office at least once a week to hold in-person
meetings until you are comfortable with our relationship and confident in the work being done.
From that point, we will continue to meet at your office as needed,
plus communicate regularly by phone, e-mail and fax.
During all phases of a project - from creating the schematic design to design
development and through construction documentaion - we send plot files and/or

drawing files electronically to you for review.
At the end of the project, we provide you with a CD of all drawing files
for your use, and we keep a CD archive at our office as a back-up.
